Staff Product Designer — Wildlife Studios (2021 – 2024)
At Wildlife Studios, a prominent mobile game studio with a decade-long legacy and billions of downloads, I began my journey as a senior designer and progressed to the position of staff product designer. 
In this role, my primary focus is designing a game development hub aimed at assisting game studios in accelerating their game launches. Through meticulous design thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams, we successfully crafted an innovative product that has achieved remarkable results. Within a short span of time, the game development hub has demonstrated its impact by reducing game development timelines by an impressive 20%. 
I am proud to have contributed to the continued success of Wildlife Studios and their mission to deliver exceptional gaming experiences to millions of players worldwide.
User Experience Designer — CI&T (2019 – 2021)
I worked as a UX designer at CI&T, a renowned consultancy firm, contributing my expertise for a period of 2 years. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to collaborate with esteemed clients such as:

Lead Product Designer — Bwtech (2018 – 2019)
At Bwtech, I joined as a UX designer and quickly demonstrated the value of design, leading to the growth of our team and my promotion to lead product designer. 
Bwtech specializes in telecom management software and serves clients like Nokia and Ericsson. In this role, I spearheaded the design of an AI-based telecom solution that revolutionized network anomaly identification, significantly reducing the time spent by engineers. 
It was a rewarding experience to contribute to the company's success by delivering impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency for our clients.
Visual Designer — Monetus (2017 – 2018)
At Monetus, a fintech company acquired by a major Brazilian bank, I served as a visual designer. I played a key role in building the company's branding and online presence while also handling UX tasks and engaging in multidisciplinary design work.
Graphic Designer — A Macaco (2016 – 2017)
I worked as a versatile graphic designer, taking on diverse projects across various mediums. From crafting simple posters to developing comprehensive visual identities, I contributed to a wide range of initiatives. Notably, I had the opportunity to design interactive installations for major events and some of Brazil's most prominent music festivals. This experience honed my skills in delivering impactful and visually captivating designs for high-profile clients and dynamic environments.
UI/UX Designer — Freelance (2015 – 2018)
As a freelance UI/UX designer, I accumulated valuable experience over several years of taking on various freelance and part-time gigs in the field. These initial experiences provided me with invaluable insights into the craft and equipped me with essential skills in time management, work organization, and more. The challenges of freelancing taught me to adapt to different projects, work independently, and deliver high-quality results while managing multiple client engagements. These complementary skills and experiences laid a strong foundation for my transition into a full-time UX position at a company, where I continue to thrive and apply my expertise.
